The Clinical Manager works as a part of our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) lower campus Treatment Services program, and ensures that the program philosophy is carried out in the daily operations of the residential trauma and attachment program. This includes: development and provision of staff training; development; programming; environments and vision for the attachment program. Candidate will provide individual, family and group therapy in a residential setting working with clients with attachment issues/disturbances and trauma symptomology. Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and full licensure as an Independent Practitioner within 60 days of employment is required.
