Treatment Programs Day Treatment - The School at Thompson (Southeast Charlotte)

Located on a beautiful 40-acre campus on the outskirts of Charlotte, North Carolina, The School at Thompson combines therapeutic and academic experiences in a year-round program for children, Kindergarten through Middle School.
Program highlights:
- Day Treatment Educational Services,
integrating therapeutic and academic supports,
provided to children grades Kindergarten
through Middle School by certified Faculty
with a 1:3 staff to child ratio allowing for“hands on” learning experiences.
- Diverse therapeutic strategies including occupational, speech, pet, art, recreational, and
music therapies.
- Certified Director of Educational Services
oversees a school curriculum that correlates to
the North Carolina Standard Course of Study
and utilizes Title I resources to enhance
students’ educational processes.
