The mentor works with children ages 6-12 in a residential treatment program. Experience in a group home or residential setting with children preferred. This position is responsible for providing direct care for children in residential treatment by providing a safe therapeutic home setting in a positive, consistent and structured environment; including mental health support and documentation based on service goals and plans for each consumer. Clinical Manager: Saint Peter's Lane Campus, Matthews, NC

The Clinical Manager, as part of our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) lower campus Treatment Services program, ensures the program philosophy is carried out in the daily operations of the residential trauma and attachment program. Responsibilities include development and provision of staff training; development; programming; environments and vision for the attachment program. Candidate will provide individual, family and group therapy in a residential setting working with clients with attachment issues, disturbances, and trauma symptomology. Thompson is seeking a contract therapist to provide mental health services in an outpatient and school setting. Clinical supervisor provides diagnostic assessments, case management, and individual, family and group therapy utilizing evidence-based theories. Clinical supervisor also provides clinical and administrative oversight to other therapists as well. Minimal qualifications: a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with at least three years of post-master’s clinical experience; full licensure as an Independent Practitioner in the State of South Carolina as an LPC, LMFT, or LISW-CP; and empanelled with several different commercial insurance carriers and willing to become empanelled with SC Medicaid. Candidates with a current LPC-S (Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor) (or license eligible) preferred. Certification or training in an evidence-based treatment model is a plus. The Foster Care Coordinator will provide in home support for children in foster care. Position duties include comprehensive and educational training of foster families, monitoring of foster placement, and coordination of treatment services to ensure success of the child and family. Foster Care Manager: Family Services Center - Wendover Road, Charlotte, NC

The Foster Care Manager will provide effective leadership and management of the Foster Care program in accordance with state licensing requirements and Thompson Child & Family Focus policies. This position provides direct supervision to staff in this division, serves as the primary contact for community referral agencies, and has budgetary responsibility.
