My name is Jennifer Pominville. I work as a Youth Mentor for Thompson Placement Stability Unit – Upstate.
What ‘superpower’ do you bring to this role?
The superpower I bring to this position is my willingness to go above and beyond. Not just for my employer, but also for the families I serve. I believe in a healthy work/life balance, but I also believe in the power we have to help change the trajectory of these families’ lives.

My favorite thing about Thompson culture is the commitment to the youth, families, and communities we serve. I see this commitment every day from everyone I work with at Thompson.
What are you most proud of about your work at Thompson?
I am most proud of the innovative projects that I have been able to work on and create. I am so thankful to have a lasting impact on Thompson.
