how we work with partners

We aim to make referrals easier by offering:

  • Centralized navigation and triage (so families don’t have to call multiple places)
  • Warm connection to community providers based on the family’s needs (resource linkage)
  • Coordinated support for families experiencing stressors

who to refer

people who are seeking stability supports (housing/utilities/ transportation, etc.)
people who have children (FRC work is framed around supporting families with children and strengthening stability)
people who need help identifying, accessing, or coordinating community resources
