Thompson is partnering with Tennessee's Department of Children's Services (DCS) to solve the foster care placement crisis in the state of Tennessee. Thompson's Youth Care Specialists partner with DCS staff to create safe and supportive transition homes throughout the state of Tennessee where youth who are in the custody of DCS may stay immediately after coming into foster care or when they are in transition between placements.
