She’s experienced serving children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs. Her practice integrates evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Play Therapy, in both individual and family therapy.
