We provide coaching, guidance and compassion to parents who are experiencing challenging times and are involved in the Child Welfare system. This program helps parents find their voice, navigate a challenging system, and take the steps necessary to keep their family whole.

teen alternative pathway pilot

TAPP addresses critical topics such as substance use prevention, mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and life skills development. By fostering a supportive and proactive environment, we aim to reduce risk factors and strengthen protective factors that contribute to a brighter, healthier future for young people in our community.
