Mrs. Morales was appointed a Thompson Family Partner after DSS became involved in their life. Her youngest daughter is due to move back to live with her grandparents on her father’s side. Her Family Partner helped Mrs. Morales understand the process and ensure that her concerns and questions were heard and addressed. They also helped Mrs. Morales file a fraud report against someone she trusted to assist with paperwork who then used the children’s information to claim on their own taxes.
