Jeremiah is part of our Friends of the Children – Charlotte program. Although he excels academically, Jeremiah does struggle with behaviors that led to two school suspensions last school year. His Friend worked to help him better regulate his behaviors and find more positive ways to express himself. They worked on being more focused and setting goals. Behavior improvements resulted in zero suspensions this school year. Jeremiah was even invited to join the school’s science club.
