Just before the class started, DSS closed her family’s case and she was unsure if she needed to attend. Attending the class in-person class would be difficult due to a conflict with her work schedule. Gabriela is also a native Spanish-speaker and she was worried about keeping up in English. Our facilitator encouraged Gabriela to attend the DHHS Incredible Years™ School Age online class as it was a better fit to her needs and schedule, an interpreter could also be provided to help when needed.
