Louisa and her grandmother were referred to our School-Based Case Management team who helped Louisa identify and focus on her goals, and supported her in achieving them. This, coupled with Louisa’s determination led to her to improving her grades. She will now graduate on schedule this June. Louisa works a full-time job and set her sights on becoming an aesthetician. Her case manager helped Louisa reach out and set up an interview with a recruiter to start this goal into motion.
