Martha Reneau

Operations Director – Family Support & School-Based Services, Martha Reneau joined Thompson in August 2014. Martha oversees Thompson’s Family Support, School-Based Intervention & Turning Point Academy programs.

Prior to Thompson, Martha worked within the Early Childhood community where she provided support and resources to Early Childhood providers and families, educating them on the importance of family engagement and literacy during the first 5 years. Martha holds a Master’s degree in Human and Social Service/Non-Profit Administration.

Being a Galvanizer, Martha finds joy rallying her team and empowering all to have an equal role in creating change in the work they do, and having the ability to recognize their individual contribution and how it relates to our mission.
